• The item must be in its original condition, with packaging and any accessories.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Items that have been clearly used, tampered with, or opened.
• Internal flex sheets (controller paper) or parts after installation.
• Items marked as “non-returnable” or final clearance offers.
• Customized or repaired items upon customer request.

💵 Refund Method:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
• In some cases, shipping or handling fees may be deducted.

🚚 Shipping Fees:

• If the mistake was ours (wrong or damaged item), we cover the shipping.
